3D – Layered

3D – Layered allows you to import multiple models, which can be used to visualize the different parts of a 3D design in a scene. This also allows you to align 3D layers, showing visual relationships with other 3D layers.

To enable 3D – Layered, the box for Set as Layer must be checked. Once checked, the system will understand that you are going to import multiple models automatically starting from Layer 1.

• To avoid performance problems brought on by a scene with too many vertices, each layer is imported as a separate model.
• Renaming each layer using alphabetical characters will not be accepted by the system.
